1. Magnetic filter bar, Magnetic Rods, Magnetic Filter tube(Magnetic Separator) is extremely efficient at removing fine iron contamination from free-flowing products such as sugar, grain, tea, flour, Plastic, liquid, granulate and any other type of powder with low moisture content. As a result, your equipment and facilities will be safe and sound, and your products will be safe for consumption. This item can be supplied with any shape frame or studded end for ease of installation.

2. Magnetic filter bars are particularly useful for those engineers who wish to build their own separator units or have severe room restrictions and are not able to accommodate a conventional unit. All product contact parts are manufactured using stainless steel.

3. The magnetic filter bar with special welding at both ends without leak forever. Welding energy concentrate on the welding line and do not hurt the magnet, maximal protect the magnetic field. The available magnetic area can be expanded to the limited rod surface and without adding any extra magnet. Once welded the rods are finish machined and highly polished.

The magnetic filter bar is usually made of seamed or seamless 304 stainless steel tubes or 316 stainless steel tubes. The tubes can be fine polished and fully welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.

The standard working temperature is 80℃, but we can offer up to 350℃ to meet your special applications.
By using different grades of rare earth magnets, different magnetic forces are available to meet every customer’s requirement, the highest magnetic force of diameter 25mm magnetic bar can achieve 12,000GS(1.2T).

1. Diameter: Diameters are in a series. The relationship between the diameter and max. gauss value is as below:
